By accessing or using MCG Market ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MCG Market is an online marketplace that connects motorcycle enthusiasts for buying, selling, and trading motorcycles, parts, and gear. MCG Market does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Listing Rules

  • All listings must be for motorcycles, motorcycle parts, or motorcycle gear.
  • Listings must contain accurate descriptions and genuine photographs.
  • Prohibited items include stolen goods, counterfeit products, and items that violate local laws.
  • MCG Market reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features
  • Scrape or collect user data without authorization

6. Transactions

  • MCG Market is a marketplace platform only. We do not process payments or guarantee transactions.
  • All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.
  • Users are advised to meet in public places and use secure payment methods.
  • MCG Market is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of content they post on MCG Market.
  • By posting content, you grant MCG Market a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

MCG Market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MCG Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

MCG Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
