What we can and cannot help with
We can help with accounts, listings, storefront applications and site faults. We cannot mediate a private sale, value your motorcycle, or answer for what a seller has said — the marketplace connects buyers and sellers, it does not stand between them.
For a fault, tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened, and include the listing address if there is one. That is usually the difference between a same-day answer and a week of questions.
Reporting a listing
Report a listing from the listing itself rather than by email — it reaches us with the context attached. Use it for anything misrepresented, duplicated, priced to mislead, or offering something outside motorcycles, parts and gear.
If a seller has behaved in a way that concerns you, say so in the report. Patterns across several reports are far easier to act on than a single message, and reports are read even when they do not produce a visible outcome straight away.
Before you write
A good number of questions are already answered on the about page — how to publish a listing, whether listing costs anything, how to reach a seller, and how to edit a listing after posting. Checking there first is usually faster than waiting on a reply.
Questions about import costs are better answered by the customs calculator, which applies the current excise coefficients to a displacement and a model year and shows the fixed fees alongside them.
We read messages in Georgian, English and Russian, and reply in the language you wrote in.
